St. James' Square Apartment is
located in the historical center of Brno , in a residence with an elevator. The residence is
on one of the most beautiful squares in Brno, in the pedestrian area next to the church of St. James. Most sightseeing sites are available within walking distance. The apartment is completely newly furnished with modern furniture.
Guests of the
apartment have access to a large roof terrace where they can sunbathe, barbecue or just sit and relax. The terrace is private and accessible year round from the apartment.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate two guests in their own room with a big double bed (possibility of adding a babycot). Two more guests can sleep on the sofa couch in the living room. Couch after folding becomes a bed 190x160cm large,
capacity of the apartment is therefore 4 guests.
There is a flat screen TV, home theater system and DVD player, in the living room of the apartment. Guests can also make use of a work desk and Wi-Fi.
Apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large table where four guests can sit comfortably. Other kitchen equipment includes a kitchen microwave oven, electric oven, hob, kettle, coffee maker. A grocery store is a 5 minute walking. If guests do not want to prepare food in a fully equipped kitchen, they can visit some of many Brno’s restaurants located in the center of Brno. Guests can buy breakfast in the ground floor of the residence. On the St. James' Square (Jakubské náměstí) there are cafes, shops and ice-cream, where the guest can get a continental breakfast, bagels, bread or pancakes. Likewise, lunch and dinner, guest can buy in restaurants, located within walking distance. You are in the historical center of Brno.
Bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo and toiletries are in the apartment for free. Additionally, you can consume free soluble coffee syrup and tea. The apartment has a coffee machine.
James' Square Apartment is
located 3 minutes walk from the central square in Brno, Freedom Square, and 10 minutes walk from the main train station in Brno. If the guests uses public transportation to Freedom Square (from the main train station 3 minutes by tram), the apartment is 3 minutes walking from the tram stop.
Parking is available in adjacent streets, or there can be arranged parking in the parking house 10 minutes walk away from the apartment, for an extra cost 10 EUR/day.
In Brno there are many monuments and extensive underground. The Old Town Hall is located 7 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a tourist information center. Vegetable Market with the Parnas fountain and the entrance to the underground is distanced 8 minutes walking. James’ Church, where is also one of the largest ossuaries in the Czech Republic (The Ossuary of Wed James' Church), is situated at the entrance of the apartment. Cathedral of Peter and Paul (Petrov) is a 10-minute walk, St. John Amos Comenius - Red Church 7 minutes walk. Castle Špilberk 17 minutes walk.
